- 3 buildings on a slope, so all apartments have private ocean view balconies.
- All apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with approximately 110sqm of internal area.
- Penthouses have rooftop terraces with internal staircases, doubling their floorplan to roughly 200sqm.
- All apartments can be locked down to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for a romantic getaway in a spacious ocean view apartment.

At La Mer Sunshine Beach, our standard minimum stay is 3 nights — giving you enough time to truly enjoy the natural beauty of Sunshine Beach and Noosa.
- Within 3 months of your stay date, if spaces are still available we will accept 2 night stays outside of school holidays.
- Within an approaching week we may accept overnight stays in quieter months.
La Mer is perfectly positioned for dining in Sunshine Beach:
