• All the apartments are individually owned by holiday makers who love this part of the coast as much as the rest of us.
• We are 3 buildings on a slope, so all the apartments have private ocean view balconies.
• All the apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with approximately 110sqm of internal area.
  • The Penthouses have rooftop terraces with internal staircases, doubling their floorplan size to roughly 200sqm.
• We can lock down all of the apartments to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for a romantic getaway in a spacious ocean view apartment.

In Mid 2023, La Mer has had an internet overhaul to give it the edge over its peers. Download speeds of 400mbps in a mesh network throughout the entire complex, catering to your streaming and internet browsing needs in the flash of an eye.

• In general, we have a 3 night stay minimum, as we feel this amount of time is necessary to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and to cover the costs of inhouse cleaning and linen.
• Within 3 months of your stay date, if we are still filling spaces we will accept 2 night stays outside of school holidays.
• Within an approaching week we may accept overnight stays in quieter months.

• 10 metres walk to the recently renovated and stylish Sunshine Beach Surf Club.
• 10 metres walk to Duke St restaurant and café district.

The apartments are managed by an Onsite Manager, living in one of the apartments, available to help with your inquiries and assist if there are issues.
