Booking Confirmation Details

  • To confirm your holiday booking we require a deposit of $200 ($500 mid and high season) payable by credit card.
  • We also accept a cheque given adequate time for bank clearance.
  • We will confirm your accommodation in writing or by email upon receipt of your deposit.
  • Balance is payable on arrival. A credit card will also be required for security purposes.
  • Please declare the number of people staying at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

La Mer Beachfront Apartments adopts the following practice when dealing with a cancellation of a holiday booking:

  • An administration fee of $75 will be deducted from the deposit held for bookings cancelled over 28 days prior to the planned arrival date.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit already paid.
  • NOTE: There will be no refund for early departure.

Strictly ‘No Function / No Party Policy’ applies.

The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

Smoking Policy
All of our units are Smoke Free ; all that we ask is if you smoke please do so outside or on the balcony.

Pets
Sorry no pets are allowed on the premises.

Apartments are serviced mid stay for stays of 8 days or more. 
Long stay apartments are serviced weekly.
